The equipment features weather-proofed surface equipment (IP53 rated) for outdoor use and downhole equipment (IP68 rated) capable of operating submerged up to 330’ (100m). It can survey pipes from 1¼” (35mm) to 24” (600mm) in diameter using pushrod and crawler systems controlled by a compact command module with an ultra-bright 200mm (8”) TFT screen. The module supports direct switching between crawler and pushrod operations and includes an optional built-in battery. It offers digital zoom, picture navigation, and storage of PAL/NTSC MPEG4 videos and snapshots on USB or Compact Flash cards.

Additional Information
The system includes manual or powered drum options supporting van/truck or remote operations, with cable lengths from 300’ (100m) to 1000’ (305m) and pushrod lengths from 100’ (30m) to 450’ (150m). It features an integrated reporting system for creating HTML or XML reports on-site and FlexiSight Manager PC application for detailed WRC MSCC 5 compliant reports, with an Ethernet interface for third-party applications.
Downhole power is provided by two crawler options with single or twin 50W motors, multi-frequency sonde, and high accuracy inclinometer. The crawlers have automatic anti-roll software and various wheel and tire choices. The cameras offer high resolution, ultra-bright LED technology, pan and tilt, 10x optical zoom, and accessories for centering and lighting in larger pipes.
